Es muy fácil, lobo:
Cuando tengas el video que quieras publicar, pulsa en la casilla Insertar, y te aparecerá el código de inserción. Cópialo entero.
Vente al mensaje y clickea la casilla youtube. Te aparecerán dos corchetes. Entre ellos, pega el código de inserción. Borra todo, dejando sólo la numeración que interesa (en el caso de tu video sería: 3cBfaJ_wGmM).
Pulsa Vista previa por si te quieres asegurar si aparece correctamente, o Enviar.
Y ya está!
