Hi guys,
I have an idea which might work. What if we retained Modified (and Revolver Standard) Division in the rulebook, but we only recognised Open, Standard & Production at Level IV or higher matches?
A two-tier approach would allow Regions which have MD/RSD competitors to recognise them, and to receive President's Medals for Level III matches, but our largest matches would not be as fragmented as they are now. This might also be a way for us to introduce Single Stack into IPSC.

Of course I have no idea if this idea would fly at the Assembly, but you guys are the litmus test ......
